About WarCapitals
WarCapitals is a real-time strategy .io game played on a map of the real world. You take command of a nation, send troops from your cities to attack your neighbors, and grow your territory. The key rule is simple: take an enemy capital and the whole nation is yours. It runs in the browser with no download, so you can jump into a war in seconds.
Diplomacy matters as much as fighting. You can form alliances with other players, chat with allies or in private, and choose the right moment to betray a partner. Each nation comes with a secret mission, and region servers cover one continent each. There is Quick Play against CPU nations, Ranked wars with an Elo ladder from level 5, and private wars you can share with friends using a code.

How to play WarCapitals
- Choose Quick Play, Ranked or a private war, then pick a nation to receive your secret mission.
- Wait for the war to begin: on region servers it starts 2 minutes after half of the nations have a player.
- Drag troops from your cities to attack nearby towns, cities and enemy capitals.
- Capture a capital to take control of that entire nation and keep expanding.
- Form alliances, watch your stability, and work toward your secret mission and control of the map.

Tips for WarCapitals
- Aim for capitals rather than single towns, since capturing one hands you the whole nation at once.
- Use the 1 to 4 keys to control how many troops you send, so you never leave your own cities empty after an attack.
- Switch to a Defensive stance when strong neighbors border you, and go Offensive when you are ready to push.
- Allies protect your borders, but keep an eye on them: betrayal is part of the game, and the right moment to strike can change a war.
