For game developers
Is your game listed here? Claim its page to edit the title, description and cover image, and to show your contact details to players.
Made a game with AI? See how to publish your AI-made game: one prompt gets it checked, online and submitted.
How claiming works
- Open your game’s page and click Claim this page.
- Verify control of the game URL with an HTML meta tag, a text file under
/.well-known/or a DNS TXT record. - Once verified you get a “Verified developer” badge and edit access.
- Verified games get a boost in the default “Hot” ranking, so they show up above unclaimed games added around the same time.
Your studio page
Once a game is verified, create a studio from your account: your studio name, logo, a short intro and links to your website, Discord, X, YouTube, Steam or itch.io. Pick one game to feature at the top. Every game in the studio links to it with “By your studio”, so players find your other games, and the links to your own sites are regular followed links.
- Invite your team with a one-time link. Owners manage members and can delete the studio, editors edit the page.
- The studio page shows the verified games of all its members. In several studios? Pick the studio on each game’s edit page.
Badge for your site
Add a “Play on BrainBreak” badge to your website. Pick one and copy the HTML. Verified owners find the same badges on their game’s edit page, linking straight to their game.
Embedding
Games that allow framing are played directly on BrainBreak inside a sandboxed iframe. If your site sends X-Frame-Options or a restrictive frame-ancestors policy, the Play button opens your site instead.
Removal or manual review
If your game is hosted on a platform where you can’t add a tag or DNS record, or you want it removed, email hi@giffi.ee from an address on the game’s domain.
