About Blob.io

Blob.io is a multiplayer online action game in the style of agar.io. You begin as a tiny bacteria, called a Blob, inside a petri dish shared with other players. Your goal is simple: eat food, grow bigger and stay alive while larger blobs try to swallow you.

The fun comes from the shift in roles. Early on you are small and need to dodge bigger players, but as you keep eating you grow large enough to turn the tables and hunt others. It runs in the browser with no download, so you can jump into a round in seconds.

Tips for Blob.io

Stay near the food while you are small and keep your distance from larger blobs.
Watch the size of nearby players before moving toward them, since only bigger blobs can eat smaller ones.
Keep eating steadily, because growth is what lets you switch from prey to hunter.
When you get big, chase players who are clearly smaller than you rather than ones close to your size.
