About Project Sand

Project Sand is a modern version of the classic Hell of Sand falling game. You pour sand onto the screen and watch it tumble, stack and slide into piles as each grain finds its place. It is a calm, open-ended toy rather than a race against the clock, so you can play at your own pace.

The fun comes from experimenting. Small changes in where and how you drop sand lead to different shapes, slopes and patterns, and it is satisfying to watch it all settle.
