Territorial.io is a strategy game about conquest. You start with a small patch of land on a map filled with oceans and continents, then push your borders outward and take territory from other players. Every decision about where to expand and whom to attack shapes how large your realm can grow.
The game runs in the browser with no download, so you can jump into a multiplayer match within seconds. You can also set up a custom scenario, join a clan and see top clans highlighted on the main menu. The fun comes from reading the map, timing your attacks and watching your color spread across it.
How to play Territorial.io
- Enter a name, pick your color and choose Multiplayer or Custom Scenario from the main menu.
- Expand from your starting land into nearby unclaimed territory to grow your realm.
- Attack neighboring players when you have the strength to take their land.
- Keep growing and defending until you control the map or outlast your rivals.
Tips for Territorial.io
- Claim open, unowned land early, since growing quickly gives you a stronger base for later fights.
- Avoid fighting several neighbors at once, as spreading your forces too thin leaves your borders exposed.
- Use coastlines and narrow land bridges as natural borders that are easier to hold.
- Try Custom Scenario to practice expanding and attacking before taking on other players in multiplayer.
